  John and the staff at Farmers & Chefs catered our wedding and did an absolute fantastic job. They were open to our contributions to menu items as well as changes to courses as the process developed. Even the fact that there was a process in developing the menu is unique and so impactful. John personally oversaw every aspect of the planning and coordinating for our 200+ wedding. We were invited up for two tastings at his farm to table Restaurant in Poughkeepsie and both times were terrific experience- one was a lovely night out. What truly sets John and Farmer & Chefs apart is their attention to detail and their commitment to using organic and locally sourced ingredients. From cocktail hour right through to desert, we felt every one of our guests received a five star meal. We highly recommend John and his team to cater any wedding or event.
  
  Additionally we had a Farmer & Chef food truck roll up to our late night party and served the best sliders, the most fragrant rosemary or truffle fries and believe me- the best marinara and mozzarella we have ever had. Enjoy Farmers & Chef as a restaurant and caterer!!

  Location is great and it's very pleasant to sit outside.
  
  Service is good. Attentive, prompt, accommodating.
  
  Good menu with healthy choices.
  
  Prices are Moderate. The food is just ok. I found it a bit plain and so did my companions. That's the reason for 3 stars.

  Food tasted ok, but kinda bland.  Wine had obviously been corked awhile ago, and the vanilla ice cream tasted, well..... not like vanilla!
  
  And, as soon as we got home we got sick.  Stay away!

  Recent place where i visited and had some french food. After a long time when i went out with a friend i endup going to this place i was lil excited but so much crowd made me realize that i must eat out side under the sunset was happining and it actully gave me a great and a unique experience.

  Excellent dinner tonight! My friend and I arrived at 4pm with the hope of beating the dinner rush and we were thrilled with our meal! Jessica our waitress was warm and efficient, and the food came out quickly and with great attention to detail. This is the old Andy's place and it has been beautifully renovated!
